SCREW PRESS SEPARATOR
The screw press separator is a machine intended to separate the solid fraction from the liquid one on specific applications, in particular:

- Plastic
- Zootechnical
The machine is composed by:
External structure in stainless steel AISI 304L - 316 L
Screw in high carbon steel or stainless steel AISI 304L/ 316L
Internal separation basket
Counter pressure zone at the discharge
The material introduced is treated by squeezing in order to separate the liquid fraction from the solid one in a variety of types of substances (sludges, sewage, vegetable mixtures, etc.) even when the percentage of liquid fraction varies.
Construction entirely in stainless steel AISI 304L or 316L Designed for long lasting and intensive use. Available also in elongated version +1,5 mts for extended capacity range and efficiency.
