Screw press for sludge dewatering
The sludge press is a high compaction auger or screw that manages to dehydrate or thicken the incoming sludge, to bring it to the desired fluid.
Depending on the type of sludge to be treated, thickened 1 or dehydrated 2, the composition of the plant in question changes, i.e. whether it needs the mixing and thickening part or whether it is lacking.
In case of maximum compaction it is necessary to choose the SLP/T version with mixer / thicker.
The elements that define the complete plant are: Gearmotor (screw conveyor and mixer) Compacting auger screw body; Pressure switch, Load, Wash, Mixer / Thickener, Connecting pipe, Pipe for liquid discharge.
