Our history

 
Seft srl was founded in 1988 as a precision mechanical workshop specializing in power transmissions, subsequently it began to build the first screw conveyors. From here began the business conversion process to the construction and sale of machines and plants for the mechanical treatment of wastewater, up to offer a wide range of serviceable solutions for every type of plant, municipal and industrial.
 
Today S has a structure of 2,500 square meters where 45 people work in synergy, our equipment are installed all over the world.
 
In over 30 years we have gained high level of experience and expertise in the field, we have always been up to date and followed the evolution of the new technologies of design and construction, to obtain a high quality standard certified by TUV Nord ISO 9001. We offer a complete service and efficient from consulting to installation of the machines produced and is completed by the after-sales service.
 
 

Engineering & Design department:

 
 
Within the company we have created a Technical Office of Research and Development for a continuous and constant improvement of the machines produced.
 
Eight professional figures, including engineers and designers, are available to customize and design, also in cooperation with the customer, the machines and equipment according to individual needs. Our design software is Solidworks, this system allows us to operate following a consumer-oriented strategy and ensure an ideal product.
 

 

 

Production department:

 
The internal production includes the laser cutting of sheet metal, the materials mainly used are stainless steal 304L and 316L, unless otherwise requested by the customer. We have a cutting area of 2000mmx4000mm.
 
This technology allows us to carry out the following phases with remarkable precision to the advantage of product quality, bending is performed with CNC bending machines.
 


 

 
 
 
 
 

 

Welding:

 
The welding area is divided into two sectors: the first six positions, with as many specialized operators, are dedicated to TIG MIG wire welding for small and large thicknesses, mainly using stainless steel.
 
The second sector deals with the welding of coils, used in many of our machines, such as the screw screen, combined units, grit removal in addition to the screw conveyors of various sizes and materials (carbon steel or stainless steel). 
 
 
 
 
 

 

Assembly and Testing:

 

After performing the above operations, the assembly phase begins. Our fitters have high knowledge and experience of every single machine produced, more than 45 models with multiple versions are available in the catalogue of ours wastewater treatment equiment. Our staff is constantly updated on product improvements, both for improvements, both for standard and customized equipment.

At the end of each assembly process, before proceeding with the preparation of the shipment, the machines are tested

Customer service:

 

For Seft care and attention to detail is a very important phase, we pay particular attention to the finishing treatments, we perform micro-shot peening and pickling treatments to protect welds made and to an aesthetic aspect that is sure to be appreciated.

Shipping and Installation: 

 
All machines are carefully packed for shipping. Our staff is prepared to manage and follow logistics around world by any means of transport: by land, by sea or air.
With a qualified team, we can offer the installation and commissioning service of the machines in the places of use. Seft offers the possibility to arrange regular and extraordinary maintenance services.
